Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or an exchange.

If for any reason the item you received is damaged upon delivery - we will offer a 100% refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. All preorders and sale items are final sale.

To begin your return process, please email support@createdformoreco.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and solve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for return and will not be accepted.

Need a different size? No problem. 

We recommend before finalizing your order, that you thoroughly check that each item in the cart has the correct size selected before completing the purchase.

  • Starting from the day the item was delivered, we allow up to 7 days to exchange items for the correct size. Any request that extends beyond the 7-Day window, will not be be fulfilled.
  • For any reason an item needs to be exchanged for another size, we ask for an order number, a picture of the delivered item, and the size that you need. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items which must be received prior to the correct item being shipped.
